Our fine jewelry is made to order and therefore can take approximately 4 weeks before they are shipped. Please view the individual product listing for more specific details. If you wish to receive your item by a certain date, please reach out to email@example.com and we will do our best to assist you.
At this time, we ship to the 48 contiguous states. All domestic packages are shipped via USPS Priority. Shipping fees are $10 per order and not refundable.
We hope you will love the piece that was handcrafted for you. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your jewelry, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receipt for any return requests. Your email must include the reason for your return and whether you would like a refund or store credit.
Buyer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please make sure packages are insured with tracking; we are not responsible for items that get lost in the mail. Return shipments must be postmarked within 7 days of receiving the email approving the return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your return. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same unworn condition that you received it. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment (minus original shipping fees).
